Once a neighborhood firehouse built for speed and service, this Ybor City landmark has been thoughtfully transformed into Sky Puppy Brewing—a place where history, craft, and community now share the same walls.  The original bones remain, but the rhythm has changed. What once held fire and urgency now holds grain, conversation, and time.

This CSI Tampa Bay event invites you to experience the space through a guided tour and an engaging lineup of speakers, featuring the owner, architects, and project team who shaped the transformation.  Together, they’ll share the story of how this firehouse evolved—honoring its past while brewing toward the future.

Attendees will earn 1 AIA Learning Unit (LU) while experiencing an evening that blends history, adaptive reuse, and thoughtful design in a setting where architecture and brewing speak the same language of patience, intention, and character.
